Policies

I cherish your time and believe your appointment time is extremely valuable. I hold your appointment time specifically for you. I understand stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with me. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask you give a 24-hour notice, just shoot me a message give a call or reschedule through the online booking, letting me know. Any cancellations given less than a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the service(s) with a minimum $30 charge. All No Shows will be charged 100% of service(s). I understand some circumstances are unforeseen and I will show grace where possible, but please remember this is my livelihood when asking for exceptions.

I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please text or call and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If I am able to keep the appointment for you, I may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

COVID-19 and Sick Policy


In order to keep my professional license in good standing I must follow all State and Local mandates along with those imposed by the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and Reflections Salon and Spa. 

There are no exceptions to the following rules:

-If you or any member of your household have recently had any symptoms of covid-19 or if you have any symptoms of sickness, we kindly ask you reschedule your appointment for a future date. If you show any symptoms of illness at your scheduled appointment you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and charged the full cancellation fee.

 

My Guarantee

It is with great confidence that I guarantee all services and products. However, I can only guarantee all services with the use of proper haircare products prescribed and purchased through LK Hair Creations either in the studio or through the LK Hair Creations website. I will provide a one-week service adjustment period to ensure your complete satisfaction. I will gladly exchange or issue a credit for any unused haircare products or used haircare products that are more than two-thirds full, within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, no cash refunds will be issued.
